    • Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days)

  • Jamaica:

    • Local Shipping: (3-5 business days)

    • Express Shipping: (1-3 business days)

Shipping Partners:

  • All shipments are handled by reputable carriers such as FedEx, DHL, and local postal services.

Tracking:

  • Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order is shipped.

Customs & Duties:

  • US & Canada: Orders are typically not subject to customs duties.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Policy Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items, gift cards, and intimate apparel are non-returnable.

Process:

  • To initiate a return, contact customer service at support@tiphanymillen.com with your order number.

  • A return shipping label will be provided for US and Canada customers. Jamaican customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are allowed for different sizes or colors, subject to availability.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
